You have an idea that would benefit your company

You go to Prysm for web (app.prysm.com) and create a free account. You create a project. (Projects are anything you want to organize, such as planning an event, or brainstorming about a new product.) In the project's first workspace, you add sketches, images, documents, and other files that demonstrate the value of your idea. (Workspaces are places where you can store and visually organize your content.)

Get some momentum behind your idea

You invite several colleagues to your Prysm project. In the first workspace, they learn about your idea — with you or on their own time. In a second workspace, you engage them in a brainstorming and feedback exercise to ensure the feasibility of your idea. All the notes and feedback remain in this workspace for you to access any time.

Together, in a third workspace in your Prysm project, you create a proposal for your idea.

Present your idea to management

In Prysm, you present your proposal to the management team.

They're impressed and give you the go-ahead to consult a subject matter expert to independently validate the proposal.

Solicit input from people outside your company

The subject matter expert is from a separate company who doesn't have access to your company's systems, but you can still send her an invitation to your Prysm project, and she can work on your content like you did, with you or on her own.

Circulate your proposal for reviews and signatures

After successful validation by the consultant, you need to gather sign-offs for your proposal from your company's executives. That all happens in Prysm, too!

Roll out your plan to the user group

Now you need to roll out your proposal to a wider group of your colleagues who will be using it. You create another great presentation in Prysm and wow them with that.
