Connecting file storage accounts to Prysm-enabled displays
Who can do this?
- Only Prysm for rooms users can connect file storage accounts to Prysm using this method.
- Prysm for web, desktop, and iPhone users can use their computer or device to add project files.
Connecting Box to Prysm
To connect your Box account to Prysm and import and export files, you must be in Prysm for rooms.
- Sign in to Prysm for rooms.
- From the Touch Menu, select Project Files.
The Project Files dialog box opens. - Select .
The dialog box expands to display the drives available for file storage. - Select the for Box.
- For an SSO enabled Box account, select Click here for SSO Login in the Box SSO sign in page.

Enter your Box SSO email address and then select submit. This takes you to your organization's SSO provider for authentication.
- On the Box consent page, tap Grant access to Box.
- Your Box file list now displays in Prysm.
Connecting Dropbox to Prysm
To connect your Dropbox account to Prysm and import and export files, you must be in Prysm for rooms.
- Sign in to Prysm for rooms.
- From the Touch Menu, select Project Files.
The Project Files dialog box opens. - Select .
The dialog box expands to display the drives available for file storage. - Select the for Dropbox.
- On the Dropbox Sign In Page (for both SSO and non-SSO), enter your account's email address and password, and tap Sign in.
- If the email is configured with SSO, the sign in screen automatically changes to something similar to the following:
- Select Allow to go through the SSO provider sign in page. When the sign in is successful, you are redirected to the Dropbox consent page.
- Select Allow to give consent to access the files and folders in your Dropbox.
- Your Dropbox file list now displays in Prysm.
Connecting Google Drive to Prysm
To connect your Google Drive account to Prysm and import and export files, you must be in Prysm for rooms.
- Sign in to Prysm for rooms.
- From the Touch Menu, select Project Files.
The Project Files dialog box opens. - Select .
The dialog box expands to display the drives available for file storage. - Select the for Google Drive.
- On the Google Drive sign in page, enter your account's email address, and tap Next.
- Enter your account's password, and tap Next.
- On the Google Drive consent page, select Allow to give consent to access the files in your Google Drive account.
- Your Google Drive file list now displays in Prysm.Note: For files in Google's Docs, Sheets, or Slides formats, you must save them as PDFs to import them as project files in Prysm. If you import them in their native format, you see the file names in Project Files but you can't open them. Files not in Docs, Sheets, or Slides formats in your Google Drive import and open correctly.
To view, open, or edit Docs, Sheets, or Slides formatted files, use a Prysm Co-browser (not a Prysm Standard Browser) to sign in to Google Drive and access those files.
Connecting Microsoft OneDrive for Business to Prysm
To connect your Microsoft OneDrive for Business account to Prysm and import and export files, you must be in Prysm for rooms.
Note: Your organization must have a Microsoft OneDrive for Business account for you to be able to access OneDrive files in your Prysm project.
- Sign in to Prysm for rooms.
- From the Touch Menu, select Project Files.
The Project Files dialog box opens. - Select .
The dialog box expands to display the drives available for file storage. - Select the for OneDrive.
- On the Microsoft OneDrive for Business sign in page, enter your account's email address and password, and tap Sign in.
- On the Microsoft OneDrive for Business consent page, tap Accept.
- Your Microsoft OneDrive for Business file list now displays in Prysm.
