Prysm browser use cases
The various Prysm apps offer slightly different browser options. Here's what you need to know:

| Download files from a web site onto your Prysm workspace. | Only supported with Prysm for desktop's browser |
| Share several web sites in a dashboard format. | In Prysm for desktop, use the browser. In Prysm for rooms, use the standard browser. If you sign in on the web site, make sure everyone else who views your workspace has signed in on that site in their Prysm browser. Also, make sure you have given them access to your content through that site's interface. |
| Review a web site in a team meeting. | In Prysm for desktop, use the browser. In Prysm for rooms, use the standard browser. If you sign in on the web site, make sure everyone else who views your workspace has signed in on that site in their Prysm browser. Also, make sure you have given them access to your content through that site's interface. |
| Interact on a web design with other people. | Use a co-browser. Each person working on the design can take control of the browser. Their work is synchronized for all users. |
| Share a web site with participants who are accessing Prysm through Prysm for web. | Use a co-browser. People on Prysm for web can't see the Prysm for desktop or Prysm for rooms browser in the workspace. |
| Work with browser tabs, bookmarks, and other default options. | In Prysm for desktop, use a browser on your laptop or other device, and then use Prysm for desktop's Share feature to display that browser window on your Prysm workspace for everyone to see. In Prysm for rooms, use a browser on your laptop or other device, which you've connected to the Prysm display as a live source. |
