Sharing workspace links

You can copy a project's or workspace's web address as a link that you can paste into an email, text, instant message, Skype meeting, or other communication method.

Note: The link you share is secure and can't be used by the general public. Anyone using the link must sign in as a licensed user or a guest user.

To copy a project or workspace link:

  1. Sign in to Prysm for rooms or Prysm for web.
  2. On your project list, click a project card.
  3. Click  > Copy Link next to the project name or on any workspace card.

When you're in a workspace, you can open the Project Participant's panel (in Prysm for rooms) or the Projects panel (in Prysm for web) and copy links from there.

The project or workspace web address is saved to your clipboard so that you can paste it wherever you choose.

Tip: Copying the project's web address is useful for projects where you add and delete workspaces regularly. When you share the project link for such a project, people can always use that link to access the project and see your latest workspaces, without you having to share a new link to each new workspace you create.

You can share project and workspace links in other ways:

  • Share a workspace link from the Prysm iPhone app. From the workspace, click:

Then click Share Workspace URL to create a workspace link to save or share in a text message, email, note, or other option.
  • Add people to a project. Prysm sends them an email with a link to the project.
  • Share assets or snapshots. Prysm sends recipients an email with a link to the workspace.
