Unlocking a Prysm-enabled display with your iPhone
Using the Prysm iPhone app, you can sign in to a Prysm project or workspace on a Prysm-enabled display. The iPhone app complements your Prysm in-room experience as follows:
- You can simplify and speed up the sign in experience by signing in before you enter a conference room.
- You can keep your project list private by signing directly into a workspace.
Note: If your organization has disabled the setting that allows a Prysm-enabled display to be unlocked using an iPhone, you will not see a 4-digit unlock code on your display. Although you cannot unlock Prysm using your iPhone, you can view and add files to a Prysm project. See Adding content with your iPhone.
- Sign in to Prysm using your iPhone (see Signing in to Prysm for iPhone).
- Once authenticated, the Projects page is displayed on your phone.
- Select a project,
then select a workspace.
- From the workspace, tap UNLOCK A DISPLAY to open the Prysm passcode screen.
- Locate the 4-digit unlock code at the top of the Prysm-enabled display.
For example, 1858.
- Enter the Unlock code from the Prysm display on the phone.
- You are signed in to the Prysm display, in the project and workspace you selected.
