Understanding the Prysm iPhone app

The Prysm iPhone app is a complement to the Prysm in-room experience. With the iPhone app, users can sign in to a Prysm-enabled display, navigate to the project home page or to a specific workspace, view project files, and add sticky notes and photos directly from an iPhone. The Prysm iPhone app shortens the time required between sign in and collaboration. In addition, users don't have to sign in using the on-screen keyboard and can keep their project list private in front of in-room participants.

Note: The Prysm iPhone app, available from the Apple App Store, is supported on iPhone 6 and up using iOS 10.2 and up.

For users to unlock a Prysm-enabled display using the iPhone app, the wall unlock deployment setting must be enabled. When this setting is enabled, a 4-digit unlock code is shown at the top of a Prysm-enabled display. For example, 1858.

To disable the option to use the Prysm iPhone app in your environment, contact Prysm support at . If you choose to reenable the option in the future, you must contact Prysm Support again.

Note: When the Wall Unlock setting is enabled, users can unlock a Prysm-enabled display using their iPhone. When the Wall Unlock setting is disabled, users cannot unlock a Prysm-enabled display, but they can still use their iPhone to add sticky notes and photos to a Prysm project.
