Set up access to Prysm apps for your team

Prysm is available as a web app, a Windows 10 desktop app from the Microsoft Store, an iPhone app from the Apple App Store, a room client for Prysm-enabled displays, and a Microsoft Outlook add-in. Install Prysm apps on your devices for Prysm access no matter where you are.

You need a Prysm subscription license to use Prysm apps.

With some configuration, you can make it very easy for your team to get Prysm apps, including the Microsoft Outlook Add-In and the Windows 10 app.

Deploying Prysm for Outlook to all Outlook users

With the Prysm for Outlook add-in, you can easily include a Prysm workspace — a digital gathering place where the team can work together — into your Outlook meeting invitations.

Prysm for Outlook is available for free in the Office Store. Use it with Outlook.com, Office 365 on the web, and the Outlook desktop client (Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016). If you're an Outlook Exchange administrator, you can easily deploy Prysm for Outlook to all users in your organization. See Microsoft's directions.

Adding Prysm for desktop to your Microsoft Business Store

Prysm for desktop is a Windows 10 app that integrates with existing workflows and applications while providing the speed, reliability, and ease of use you expect from a desktop application. Prysm users can get content into projects faster with Prysm for desktop, and can share local applications or displays. Prysm for desktop is available for download from the Microsoft Store to anyone with a Microsoft Live ID.

To make it easier for your team to install Prysm for desktop, add it to a private store for your company. If you add Prysm to your company store, your team can access Prysm with their corporate Office 365 sign-in info (and separate Live IDs aren't needed).

For instructions about adding Prysm for desktop to your company store, see Microsoft's directions. Then encourage your team members to install and start using Prysm (see Getting Prysm for Desktop).
