Opening web browsers

The following sections explain how to open browsers on the workspace in Prysm for desktop, web, and rooms:

ClosedPrysm for desktop
  1. In Prysm for desktop, select Tools.
  2. Select the Browser tool or drag it onto the workspace.
  3. Type a web address in the box and select Go.
  4. A browser displays on your workspace.
ClosedPrysm for web
  1. In Prysm for web, select Tools.
  2. Select the co-browser tool or drag it onto the workspace.
  3. Type a web address in the box and select Go.
  4. A co-browser displays on your workspace.
Tip: In Prysm for web, you can also add co-browsers and other tools by right-clicking on the workspace background and selecting from the menu:
ClosedPrysm for rooms
  1. In Prysm for rooms, from the Touch Menu, select Web Browser > Standard Browser or Co-browser.
    Note: Prysm for rooms includes Standard Browser menu options. The standard browser is Prysm's legacy browser that doesn't include all the collaborative capabilities of a co-browser.
  2. A co-browser or standard browser displays on your workspace, showing the default web site.
  3. To go to a different web site, in the browser's address bar, type a web address, and select Enter.
