Follow Me mode

The Follow Me option in the Project Participants panel allows you to bring participants from different workspaces into your workspace so that they can see the same assets and portions of the screen that you are working on. Follow Me is useful if you have organized a meeting and participants are in the right project but are not in the right workspace. When you turn on Follow Me mode, participants automatically see the information you are presenting from your workspace.

1. To turn on the Follow Me option, from the Project Participants panel, select Start Follow Me.
2. If desired, select Show to display an outline of the smallest participant display on your screen.
   
3. To disable the Follow Me option so that users can freely browse the project, select Stop Follow Me.
