Signing in to Prysm
Signing into Prysm, whether you are accessing Prysm from a display in a conference room or using Prysm for web or iPhone, requires the same credentials. Based on how your system administrator has configured your account, you can sign in to Prysm using your network credentials or using Prysm authentication.
Signing in with SSO
If your IT administrator has configured SSO to work with Prysm, you can sign in with the same credentials used for your network.

You can use Prysm from a web browser to join a meeting and collaborate on files. See Prysm for Web Supported Devices and Browsers.
- Open Prysm for web at https://app.prysm.com.
- In the Email field, enter your email address.
- Set the Remember me toggle to Yes.
- Click Sign in.
If this is the first time you've signed in since your company configured its identity provider, the sign in fields for your company's identity provider are displayed.Note: The design of the identity provider sign in page differs based on the identity provider that your company uses and your company's logo should appear on the page. - Enter your Email address and Password, and click Sign in.
Prysm for web opens and you can collaborate as usual.Note: Steps 1 through 4 are only required the first time you sign in. After the first time, you only have to enter your email address and click Sign in.

- In the Sign In form, enter your network credentials. This is usually your email address and network password.
- Click Sign in.
If your company's identity provider is Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) or Azure Active Directory, when you are in a project, you are automatically authenticated to Office365 and you can access Office365 files without signing in. For information about working with files, see Uploading and Downloading Files.

- Using the Prysm app on your iPhone, enter your username.
- Click Next.
- Enter your network password.
- Select Sign In. If desired, tap Use Touch ID to enable touch for Prysm sign in.

Signing in with Prysm authentication or alternate authentication

If your company has not configured SSO to work with Prysm, you have a separate Prysm username and password. If needed, check with your system administrator to see if you have a Prysm user account.
- In the Enter Name field, enter your user name. Your user name is often your email address.Note: In Prysm for rooms, you can use the on-screen keyboard or a keyboard attached to the display. Tap any field to open the on-screen keyboard.
- In the Enter Password field, enter your password.
- Select Sign In.

The Alternate Sign In link is meant for support personnel and users in unique situations who need to sign in to a Prysm display at a company or site where an identity provider other than their own is configured. In these situations, users can tap Alternate Sign In, enter their user name, and Prysm will show the proper identity provider fields for the user.

After signing in to Prysm, you can work with project files, view saved media files, and access notes and annotations from previous sessions.
