Enabling Skype for Business in Prysm Go
Skype for Business in the Prysm Go experience relies on the use of Skype for Business room resources. The following sections describe configuration requirements in Skype for Business and Prysm.

In your Microsoft Office 365 account, provision a Skype Room System account. The Skype Room System account will become the Room Account (see Enhancements — Skype For Business) with which you connect to Prysm’s Skype For Business in Prysm Go.
See Microsoft’s article for more information and instructions: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt691570.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396.
Skype for Business room resources require that a room's audio devices use a Microsoft-compliant Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) peripheral. Therefore, Skype for Business in Prysm Go might not function correctly if you do not follow these steps:
- Go to Microsoft's article at https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dn788953.
- Download SkypeCertification_V6.3.2_and8.3.1.zip, which includes CSpec_ACC_Audio_v8.3.1_FINAL.pdf.
- In CSpec_ACC_Audio_v8.3.1_FINAL.pdf, read Section 1.2 to ensure you have a Microsoft-compliant Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) peripheral, and connect that peripheral to the Prysm-enabled display's audio devices in rooms where you use Skype for Business in Prysm Go.

After completing the preceding configuration in your Office 365 account, complete these steps in Prysm Admin Portal:
- From the Deployments page, use the Search field to find the desired deployment, and click Edit.
The Edit Deployment page is displayed. - Click Enhancements.
- Click Skype For Business.
The Edit Skype For Business Settings page displays. - In the Enable Skype For Business Integration field, set the toggle to ON.Note: The Enable Skype For Business Integration setting must be ON for Skype For Business in Prysm Go to work.
- In the Enable Lync Button field, set the toggle to OFF.
- In the Lync Path field, keep the default setting.
- In the Enable Skype For Business in Quick Start field, set the toggle to ON.
When this toggle is ON, Prysm display users see the room's schedule on the left side of the Welcome screen. (This feature is also known as Skype For Business in Prysm Go.) - In the Room Account Sign In Address field, enter the email address that you created for the room when you provisioned the Skype Room System Account (see Provisioning a Skype Room System Account).
A room’s email address is in this format: ConferenceRoom01@domain.com. - In the Room Account Username field, enter the user name that you created for the room when you provisioned the Skype Room System Account (see Provisioning a Skype Room System Account).
- In the Room Account Password field, enter the password that you created for the room when you provisioned the Skype Room System Account (see Provisioning a Skype Room System Account).
- Click Save.

In your Skype For Business account, enable Transport Neutral Encapsulation Format (TNEF) so that users at your partner companies (users not on your domain) can join your Skype For Business meetings when you invite them.
