Editing audio volume settings

When a Skype for Business call is placed, by default, the volume of all other audio is reduced by 50%. If you want to edit this setting, use the following steps:

  1. Right-click on the audio Icon and select Sounds.
  2. Select the Communications tab.
  3. Choose the audio setting that you would like enabled when a S4B call is placed.
  4. Press OK to save changes.
