From the Settings page, click the Settings Profile > Server.

From the Settings page, click the Settings Profile > Server > Configuration.
These settings set the cloud and local paths where project files and Prysm data is stored.
Setting | Definition | Data Type Needed | Default Value |
---|---|---|---|
Share From Address | When content is shared, this is the address that the e-mail comes from | String | "Prysm" <noreply@prysm.com> |
Library Directory | Path that contains local assets | File Path | C:\Synthesis\Library\ |
Note: By default, Prysm uses a third party SMTP provider for e-mail services. If you would like to use your own e-mail service, the Share From Address setting must be updated as well as a configuration file on the Prysm Application Appliance. Contact Prysm Support at support@prysm.com to configure a custom SMTP server.
To prevent unexpected email filtering by spam filters for the Prysm third-party SMTP e-mail service or from your own service, whitelist the default email address in your email service.
